This MVP privacy policy is a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before the site is used commercially, especially if analytics, advertising, or newsletter services are enabled.
This policy describes the basic approach to privacy on Next Creator Tools. It is intended to be understandable and practical. It is not legal advice, and it does not describe every possible third-party service that may be added in the future.
Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, email address, and the content of your request. We use that information to respond and to manage the conversation.
The contact form currently displays that delivery is not configured and does not transmit or store submitted fields. Direct email is the available contact method. If a form provider is connected later, this policy should be updated to explain what that provider processes.
Analytics
The site supports optional Google Analytics. Analytics is not loaded when no measurement ID is configured. If analytics is enabled, Google may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, referral information, and interactions with the site.
We configure analytics with IP anonymization and do not enable advertising personalization in the site code. Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its services.
Cookies
By default, the site does not show a cookie banner and does not set non-essential first-party cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar technologies. Affiliate destinations and other third-party websites may also use cookies or tracking technologies after you leave this site.
If analytics or other non-essential tools are enabled in a jurisdiction that requires consent, a consent mechanism should be added before those tools are activated. Do not use a misleading or pre-selected consent interface.
Affiliate tracking
Some outbound links are affiliate links. Those links may include a tracking parameter or direct you to a vendor that uses cookies to attribute a sale. We do not control the privacy practices of those vendors. Review their policies before providing personal or payment information. See our affiliate disclosure.
Newsletter
The newsletter form is currently a preview. Submitted email addresses are not stored or sent to a mailing provider, and the interface says that signup is coming soon. If newsletter delivery is added, this policy should be updated to identify the provider, the data collected, and the unsubscribe process.
External links
This site links to software vendors and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or data practices. When you leave Next Creator Tools, the destination site’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Data retention and security
Information sent by email is retained only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining records, or meeting legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive information through the contact form or email.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. To make a request, email hello@nextcreatortools.com. We may need to confirm the request and any legal exceptions that apply.
Children
The site is aimed at creators and is not intentionally directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site and its services change. The “last updated” date at the top identifies the current version.
